Stu Oxley, a master printmaker, owns and operates Riverside Studio in Elora Ontario where he also works and collaborates with other established artists. Oxley's prints have been exhibited in Canada, the United States and Europe. He has received several awards including a prize in the 1996 Ernst & Young/Canadian Art "Canadian Printmaking Competition." His work can be found in many private and public collections including: The Art Gallery of Hamilton; Tom Thompson Gallery, Owen Sound; The Bank of Montreal; CIBC; Canadian Pacific and Borden Ladner and Gervais. Born in 1950 in Ramsbottom, England, Stu Oxley currently lives and works in Elora, Ontario. He is also a Professor of Drawing and Printmaking at Georgian College in Barrie, Ontario.
